The coffee was grown by Daniel Mengeste at the farm kebele,Haru suke. The process that they did is a natural process. the cherries are dried in the sun on a so called african raise Beds for approximately 18-21 days. In the day time the cherries need to be raked permanently in order to ensure a consistent drying process. in the day time it will be covered from 12pm - 3pm in order to protect from the sun ray. as well as in night time to protect from night fall.
