This Rwandan coffee is from Izuba Lake Kivu's region. It’s a natural anaerobic process that is harvested at an altitude of 1700 meters to 1900 meters. The variety of this coffee is Red Bourbon and its coffee notes are Grape, Raspberry, and Black Tea.

Roast: Light to Medium
